DELAWARE PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION

The World's First
Humanitarian Fiduciary

Who owns the Earth? We asked that question — and built the legal architecture to answer it.

THE MISSION

For centuries, the structures that could have protected humanity's shared inheritance were never built.

World Evolution Enterprise builds them now — for every living human being.

We are building the Universal Registry — a verified accounting system for Earth's natural capital — and the Exo-Terran Resource Trust — the first irrevocable legal structure holding that capital in permanent trust for every living human being.

Every verified person receives a Birthright Dividend. No government can claim space resources. The deeper into space verification goes, the larger the individual share.

"It is the world's first humanitarian fiduciary."
WHAT WE'RE BUILDING

Three-Layer Legal Architecture

WEE PBC is the operating corporation — a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation with a legally enforceable mandate to balance stockholder interests, public benefit, and those materially affected by its conduct.

The Exo-Terran Resource Trust (ETRT) holds all natural capital in permanent, irrevocable trust. The Corporation holds no equitable title. All equitable interests belong exclusively to the Verified Beneficiary Class — every living human being.

The Sovereign Interoperability Council (SIC) governs ETC technical standards. Its authority derives from Member Sovereigns' voluntary accession — not from a unilateral grant by the Corporation.

THE GENESIS PROTOCOLS

Five things that cannot be changed. Ever.

Embedded at three independent structural levels. All three must be defeated simultaneously to breach them. That is by design.

01
The 1:1 Asset-Backing Requirement

ETC supply can never exceed the verified Trust Corpus value. The asset backing is structural — not a policy that can be changed by a board vote.

02
The Universal Birthright Dividend

Cannot be suspended, redirected, or eliminated. Every verified person's share is protected at the architectural level — not by goodwill.

03
The Permanent Asset Lock

The Trust Corpus cannot be used as debt collateral or pledged. The assets held in trust belong to humanity — they cannot be leveraged by the Corporation.

04
The Celestial Purity Rule

Space resource Stewardship Pool flows 100% to verified individuals. Zero to governments. The deeper into space verification extends, the larger the individual share.

05
The Genesis Protocols

Embedded at three independent structural levels. All three must be defeated simultaneously to breach them. A single layer cannot be overridden — by anyone.
